Information about payment & shipping costs

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE !!!
Payment:
- Your order has to be paid in advance via
 or simple bank tranfer (money order) before we can ship your order. You will receive payment informations after we have processed your order.
- If you pay via bank transfer (money order), you may deduct 3% from the invoice amount as trade discount.
- Please do not send us any money by yourself before you have received the explicit instruction to do it!
Orders which leave the territory of the european union will be shipped without german sales tax (19%). To calculate your prices: Shop price : 1,19 = your price. But normally you have to pay your local sales tax to the finance department when the shipment arrives.
Shipping costs:
- We are shipping only with insured packages or as registered mail with DPD, DHL, UPS or german post office
- For every shipment we charge only once shipping costs. If we receive two or more orders in short time, we treat them like one.
- We will choose always the cheapest way of shipment possible, therefore we have different shipping cost rates.
- Important: In addition to postal charges we charge packaging costs of EUR 1,70 for shipping of antenna kits and aluminium rods because of a special packaging. For orders above EUR 40,00 merchandise value, we do not charge the additional packaging costs.
Explanation of the different shipping methods:
Registered mail: Trackable delivery via mail service of the german post office (Deutsche Post)
DHL small package: Trackable package with small parts (no antenna kits or tubes!) and a maximum weight of 2 Kg (slow delivery, up to 14 days in EU!!!)
DHL standard package: Trackable and insured package for all items up to 115cm length and 20 Kg weight (maximum) (faster delivery than small package)
DPD package: Trackable and insured package for all items up to 170cm length and 31,5 Kg weight (maximum) (fast delivery)
UPS package: Trackable and insured package for all items up to 265cm length and 70,00 Kg weight (maximum) (fast delivery)
